We have the perfect way to help keep your little ones happy, healthy and active with our non structured toddler soft play gym class! This non-structured hour of play will keep you little one entertained in our fully equipped gymnastics facility.
This is a semi -structured gymnastics class led by our experienced qualified coaches, with parents joining in during the class to help assist their little ones on the apparatus.
This is the first step into structured gymnastics lessons. The coach leads a warm up on floor which includes games and light stretching/conditioning.

This semi – structured class, aimed for children and teens aged 12-17, is led by our fully qualified coaches and combines flexibility, fitness and strength training with instruction on all pieces of apparatus.
Salto’s adult class provides a fun alternative to the normal fitness class. This semi – structured class is taken by fully qualified coaches and we aim to provide a good quality and safe session for adult learners to pick up those all essential gymnastic basics.
City of Lisburn Salto Gymnastics Centre is a well-established club having been in existence for over 39 years. We currently have over 1200 members who use our facility on a weekly basis. Salto is the largest and best equipped gymnastic facility in Northern Ireland and the only to achieve Olympic Holding camp status.
We offer ‘Gymnastics for all’ from toddlers upwards. With our team of dedicated coaches, we strive to develop our gymnasts to the highest level of their ability.
Our Elite WAG and MAG squads have the opportunity to be selected for Northern Europeans, Europeans, Worlds, and Commonwealth Games. We are the only gym club in Northern Ireland to be represented at all these events.
