Massive congratulations to all our gymnasts who competed at the British Gymnastics Northern Ireland regional NDP competition yesterday. We had 18 competitors who between them won a load of medals! A special mention to our over all champions:

Farah Cousins – National Grade 4 champion
Estella Volkoff – Compulsory Elite Grade 4 champion
Poppy Elwood – Compulsory Elite Grade 2 champion
